Venture Capital Fund for Early Stage and Scale-up Companies
Our ambition and commitment is to setup a Venture Capital Fund emerging from Timisoara’s business ecosystem.
Timisoara hosts at present a wide range of small and medium sized companies, start-ups, multinationals, as well as universities and intermediaries active in the field of entrepreneurship, business development and innovation.
Our vision is to bring momentum and to accompany the change of mindset that is underway, in terms of Romanian entrepreneurs and their companies. We strongly believe in the principle of creating awareness within the ecosystem by proving how people and enterprises are leading by example.
“LUMINNO” will target outstanding, innovative, product / service – focused companies, driven by competent management teams, willing to approach fresh markets, with proven business models, and backed by a solid financial strategy. The Fund will target both early stage and growth / expansion companies.
We shall be seeking enterprises active in advanced manufacturing (machine-tools, components, electronic equipments, materials), ICT, food and creative industries.
